You MUST present yourself & your dossard at St Augustin church for pre-race inscription .
Parking at St Augustin church - NO PARKING at the NATIONAL PARK.
The race is identical for those runners in the Long Trail League and those in the Short Trail League. It is entirely YOUR choice whether you register for the Long or the Short race, but your points will accumulate in whichever league you choose.

Parakeet Challenge - Short (6km)
THREE IMPORTANT THINGS!
- RDV at St Augustin church is OBLIGATORY for inscription
- Inscription at St Augustin CLOSES at 6h30 - DON'T BE LATE PLEASE
- You need to return back down Parakeet on foot to the Black River Visitor's Centre for the bus back to your car. This transport STOPS at 11h00
The annual challenge to test your uphill trail fitness. A manageable run for all levels of trailers, with a nice 2.6 km warm-up from the parking to the bottom of Parakeet, then an 3.1 km uphill track to Plaine Champagne.
Nice Big Climb !!!

Buses will take you from St Augustin Church grounds, to the Black River Gorges park. Return buses will be available after the race to take you back from the Black River Gorges parking to St Augustin. La.st return bus is at 11h00
Please do NOT park in the National Park parking, as there is limited parking.
